Collaboration in Konocti!!

With effective collaboration in Konocti, there is daily visible learning and visible teaching in the classrooms.

To keep the collaborative fun going, we have summer professional development options:

9:0 0am – 3:00 pm each day
Lunch on our own…………….Snacks provided…………held in the McClung Room or LLE library

Who: 3rd – 7h Grade teachers
Administrators and coaches are welcome

Who: Kinder  - 2nd Grade teachers

Who: High School, 8th – 12th teachers.

Topic/Outcomes:
*Clean up the units, assessments, resources in the grade level Google shared folder.

*Revisions to the year at a glance.

*Devise common writing rubric

*Foundation skills and ELA units calibrated for grade level year-at-a-glance

*Best practices on the instruction of the primary reading foundation skills

*Best practices around writing
Topic/Outcomes:

*End of course requirements (assessment, projects, finals) per semester

*Year at a glance per semester

-    Direct Instruction from WestEd and from the C&I Director; and elementary administration

-       Workshop time per grade level team

-       Time permitting, some vertical share out at the close of each day.
